Josie's Joyride

Like most canines, Josie's favorite thing to do in the car is to hang her head out the window. Luke, being the daredevil that he is, took these pictures while we were on a drive.We are just warming up folks.Got the ears back, eyes starting to squint. Would you look at that smile!
Oh yeah! We have achieved ear flappidge!

Student of the Month

Kristian was nominated by his Teacher to be the Student of the Month! We couldn't be more proud. The Principal called me a few days before and asked us to keep it a secret. We lured him to the school by telling him we had to pick up our cookie dough. I wish I could have gotten a picture of his face when they announced his name. He was so surprised. It was really cool. It was really special because we had our family to share it with and to show Kristian how proud we all are of his accomplishments. In the picture below, his Principal is reading to him his Teacher's comments. He looks so happy!
Here is his Teacher's comments. His Accelerated Reader level is that of a end of the year 1st grader to beginning year 2nd grader!

Spring is in the air

We went for a walk this afternoon and what a beautiful day! It is still a little bit chilly but warmer weather is definitely around the corner.

He's a Maniac!

We went to a wedding last night and Kristian was a dancing machine. We tried and tried to get him to dance with the bride and he'd act really embarrassed. He finally decided to dance with Grandma, and after that we couldn't keep him off the floor. It was pretty cute.
My very 1st dance with my boy and hopefully not my last.
He liked to slow dance too!
He did a good job staying off my toes!

Infestation

No, this is not a scene from a horror movie, this is our dinner. Luke's boss very generously gave us some snow crab which Luke made for us on friday night. It was very tasty but very messy.
Nice crab. Kristian was not troubled at all by the legs. He looooves crab!
